we will all miss you so, dear directs. it's hard to imagine rgssb without you guys.
but i guess we'll have to learn to move on.

friday morning, we had a relatively successful batch bonding! :D (compared to the previous ones where only 5 came down and we didn't even go batch corr just went canteen and stone there T.T) and guess what we discussed? :D yep! the ULTRA MOST IMPORTANT...FUTURE BATCH CORRIDOR DESIGN!! OO:
ok, i shall explain our ingenious plan:
firstly, we shall have this curtain that can be drawn over the sort of caved-in section (you know, the part where it's not exactly part of the corridor, just outside the hall entrance?). this will give us the privacy we need when necessary.
also, due to the darkness caused by the drawn curtains, we intend to stick the glow-in-the-dark stars we got from syf camp on the walls. these stars have our names on them so it'll be like this wall of fame thingy! :D
beside that, two fans will be placed, one on each side of the curtained area. we've noticed that it gets quite stuffy and hot at the batch corr so this will cool us down! these fans will solely rely on batteries, due to the lack of power outlets.
a first-class safe will be placed in the batch corr, so when we leave for band, we can put all our valuables inside. with the curtains drawn over it, nobody will suspect a thing!! extra precautions will be taken by surrounding the safe with all our bulky bags, making it near impossible to reach the safe! }:D
a plasma tv will be purchased for entertainment purposes.
on the corridor itself, we will cover the ground with a fluffy red carpet. also, the saliva drain will be converted into a swimming pool by pouring chlorine into it to kill all the bacteria!
we will build a platform above the corridor! doing this will not obstruct the passageway for instrument movement on the corridor. stairs will lead to it from the curtained area. this will serve as a second level cum balcony. a plush sofa in our batch colour (unconfirmed) will be situated on the second level, along with a comfy king-sized bed for maximum relaxation.
from the balcony, an escalator will lead to the treehouse we intend to build out of the tree near our batch corr! the tree is home to many squirrels, birds, and lizards so we will be able to make friends with them! (or eat them, if we run out of supplies). the treehouse will contain 17 fat beanbags, 1 for each of us. it will also have a telescope, to let us see beyond.....
all renovations will be paid for by our BATCH FUND! which has $00.00 at the moment, but it's okay! it'll reach the necessary amount in no time! :D

Hello Bandemoniumers.
I suppose now is a good time to think of your FUTURE! After all this is done, we'll all be Sec 3 and then Sec 4 and then J1 and then J2 (but that's besides the point. Or is it?) Haha "besides the point" is beside the "." (point). Well, I suppose in life we just learn to be close and cherish everyone/thing we have at any one point in time and then when it's time to go, then we just have to learn to let go. It just goes like that. You can't change it. Most relationships won't stay too long but at least we should always remember everyone who has made a difference in your life and remember that we make differences in others' lives. So farewell is coming. Our directs have helped us in many many ways, many many probably different ways. But all of them have put in effort and love and time for us. So the most we can do now is to thank them for all they have done for us, and wish them all the best in what they're gonna do for themselves and let them touch others' lives and make their imprints on everyone else's hearts.
After this we'll be directs and then we'll be the top batch (while still being directs). I hope throughout our band journey, we can all strive to make this positive difference in everybody's lives like our directs, I believe, and make someone a teeny bit happier, wiser, better, while improving ourselves and having fun in the entire process. It doesn't matter, really, not that much, if we grow up to be some sort of famous musician since many of us probably won't, but you don't need to be famous to be a musician: all you need is your heart, soul, and passion for music. Treasure all the time you have now cause there may be, like always, "unforeseen circumstances".

Hello Bandemonium!
All in all, today was a good day.
I woke up late.
Then tried to get ready for batch lunch as fast as I could as I tried to do some Japanese homework.
Then got into my horribly short band skirt and lovely aweshum band shirt and got my uni ironed out and finally set out for Far East Plaza with loads of bags.
Got into a mrt with aweshum air-con the minute I got to the station (no waiting time!!)
Walked to Far East while on the way trying to juggle my uni bag and phone which had 95031957023857 incoming calls a minute from impatient batchmates ==
Finally got to Far East and got Niece to hold my file (:
Had Xin Ying stuck to me all the time while waiting for batchmates to buy lunch and then got to IceTalk to buy Cappuccino Milk Tea :D
Had lunch with 'the whole batch' -stares at SOME PEOPLE, ESPECIALLY SOMEONE IN NASA :@- at a water fountain.
Went to school with 'the whole batch' from Far East.
Tried to pull down skirt to fit a nice length for my short legs not to be exposed much (for the whole day really).
PRETTY MUCH HAD A FUN TIME FOR THE REST OF THE DAY (: (if I wrote every single action today I might die of severe brain damage and injuries to the fingers)
Just read the July Band Schedule and WOAH. THE WHILE MONTH IS LIKE JUST WOAH, JUST AUDS AND ELECTIONS STUFF. And the most dreaded Farewell.
Honestly, I don't want my directs/ seniors to go. I don't want to feel like part of the second-top batch. I don't want to not have up-directs. I don't want to go solo. And not have an awesome direct to guide me along and help me learn.
I admit, me and Si Hui aren't the most stuck-to-seniors kinda directs, and we weren't that comfortable being around our section seniors last year. But this year, after we got to main band, we pretty much grew close to our seniors, and mainly, our directs. I admit, too, I'll miss Vivian's teasing/ jokes and Celine's awesome advice.
I'll take good care of Diana, Celine. I promise to brush away the dust and polish her regularly, and I'll certainly not let her get scratched or dented as I have done Shelicia (as I've decided to call her).
Batch, you wouldn't have understood the last paragraph, just ignore it. I wrote that here cos I don't have the guts to tell her personally or write it in the section blog.
I know I'm gonna cry during Farewell, and I'm not scared to admit it. I WILL miss my directs. That's for sure.
Thank you for reading this tediously long happy-turned-soulful post. I shall write another one soon, so until then.

I have nothing much to say. But anyway, if you all are curious,
apparently 3 ppl from the Sec 3 batch will be interviewed in front of the band. Then we get to vote 2 ppl for the positions BM and DM.
SC will be chosen through auditions THIS COMING WEEK! :) They will conduct us I think.
Then the other positions are through voting I think
mmm we should plan a batch outing soon!!!!! Where, though?

hello bandemoniumers!! :DD
hehe i am so proud of you guys! xD
remember yesterday, when we had individual practice time, and then tried to play Jupiter and Ultra Music Power as a batch? (omg did i mention that we are playing jupiter! along with ultra music power for asian youth games :D) and then, today, when we played our recruit band pieces for impromptu busking.
they weren't that good. and they were far from perfect.
but!
i could tell, and i'm pretty sure the rest of you could as well, WE'VE IMPROVED SO MUCH! :DD i mean, looking back at our standards last year in recruit band, struggling to reach the high notes and not running out of stamina, and compare it to NOW.
we can sort of synchronise and blend in together with each other a teeny bit to make our own music! :D
of course, there is still a lot a lot of room for improvement. (gosh my tone and tuning sucks damn bad.)
SO, JIAYOUS EVERYONE :D
on a sidenote, today's night extravaganza was uber cool! BDD we and our retarded '1, 2, 3! *pops candy into mouth*' .____.
