you know how we've already been part of band for a while now?
well, it just struck me recently that the band NEEDS us. i mean, yeah, of course, we belong in band and everything, but today was like the first time i truly realised that the band can't do without us!
i guess it was due to the fact that many members weren't present for speech day rehearsal today. and as such, some of the sections only had sec 2s in it. if we weren't there, these sections would be non-existent! O:
also, whenever one of our batchmates play a solo or something, i will always feel so proud!(x because we're finally moving on and going to a higher level of sorts. jiayous to all the people with solo parts! :D
not to forget how our batch is slowly being included in organising events and such((: like yesterday, we were kinda taken aback when some of us were assigned roles, coz we didn't expect it at all O:
so, yeah, we must work hard and not let the band down!
in less than a year, we will become top batch! O:

I wore some super girly outfit to the concert ._. regretted it the moment I put it cos it was so lacey and gay haha. But anyway everyone thought it was gay. Jenny started pedoing me on the bus cos Sarah said she looked like some male from some random k-pop boy band:
"An-yŏng-ha-se-yo. Saranghae-yo, do you want to meet up with me....OWWWW" (at this moment the bus lurched and she nearly fell down the steps -.- haha serves a pedo right.)

Actually I brought my camera but I didn't take pictures because I felt rather lazy and sianned :/
so ANYWAY!
Yay tomorrow band! (x missed Tuesday's prac bleh :/

ok, so, we arranged to meet at tajong pagar mrt at 6.15pm to have dinner together before walking to SCH. actually, the timing was set that way so that everyone would be there by 6.30pm. the school crowd (me, xinying, clara, sarah) was late anyways and reached there at around 6.40 ._.
we were deciding on where to eat dinner and in the end chose soupspoon coz it was the closest and most convenient. haha my first time! the soup is damn good :3 the bread/sandwich too! it should be renamed to BREADSPOON! O:
anyways, after dinner we walked to SCH and got our tickets from joyce who was already there. and some of our batchmates managed to reserve seat for us so we were seating together in the concert hall yeah! xD
mog the music was so good T.T all the instrus really blend well with each other (the clarinet had the same tone!) so it's like, the music they play moves together as one body, as one band. the two conductors were so professional and funny, haha xD oh, the euphonium duet and the marimba soloist was really good too! LOVED THE MUSIC :D

the last encore (conducted by toru miura) was 'JPOP!' (quote him) and when they started playing arashi songs me and xinying got very excited and kept turning to each other whenever we recognised some parts of the melody. devni and sihui, who were sitting between us, were like .___. (jasmine you should have gone!)
after the concert, we joined the long queue to get satoshi yagisawa and toru miura's autographs! hehe, first ever autograph((; and in my opinion, these are more meaningful than all those kpop idols' fanmeet sessions(x
appreciate all the sick people who still dragged themselves for the concert(:
